Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All orders are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes so that the models arrive in prime condition. Zero orders will be shipped in envelopes or jiffy bags.
Mainland UK Shipping
FREE shipping on all mainland UK orders over £25
Shipping for orders under £25 is £3.49.
All orders up to £49.99 are shipped via Royal Mail on a Tracked 48 Parcel service.
Orders over £50 are shipped via Royal Mail on a Tracked 24 Parcel service.
International Shipping
We currently have a small number of international destinations available directly on the website. However, if you do not see your country, just email us at info@motorsportmodelshop.co.uk and we'll be happy to help.
Please note that all orders are dispatched as DDU (delivery duty unpaid). You may receive additional customs and duty fees upon the model being imported.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@motorsportmodelshop.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is new in box /unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping cost. We will not refund back the shipping cost of returning the models.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@motorsportmodelshop.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
