Our gift cards are delivered electronically via email.

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email containing the gift card code and instructions on how to redeem it at checkout.

Before you add the gift card to your basket, click "I want to send this as a gift".

Then, you will be presented with the option to provide a gift message, as well as input the email address of the recipient so that they receive their gift card directly.

All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. When a gift card is emailed, it will contain the expiration date.

No, there are no additional processing fees or hidden charges when you purchase or use a Motorsport Model Shop gift card.

The full value of the card is available for you to spend.

If your order total is less than the value of your gift card, the remaining balance will be stored on your card for future use.

If your order total is more than the value of your gift card, you can pay the remaining balance using any of our standard payment methods.

If you or the recipient have accidentally deleted the gift card email, please get in touch.

With a few details, such as the purchaser's name and email address, we can securely re-send the original gift card.

Yes. If you return an item that was purchased using a gift card, the refund amount will be credited back to a new gift card, which will be sent to you via email.

Returned items using a gift card are subject to our standard policy of 30 days.
