The item you will receive is brand new, in its original sleeve, secured to its plinth and will not have been opened, even for photography purposes.
Information about the car:
Valentino Rossi's debut in the main event of the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2024 proved to be a bittersweet affair for the seven-time MotoGP world champion. Whilst this marked his second year at the Le Mans circuit, having previously won the GT3 category in the Road to Le Mans support races in 2023, 2024 represented his first participation in the prestigious 24-hour endurance race itself.
Driving the #46 BMW M4 GT3 for Team WRT alongside teammates Maxime Martin and Ahmad Al Harthy, Rossi demonstrated his remarkable adaptability from two wheels to four by delivering a sensational performance that saw the trio lead the LMGT3 class for approximately two to three hours during the race.
Unfortunately, Rossi's promising Le Mans main event debut ended in disappointment when Al Harthy lost control of the car at the Dunlop Bridge section during the seventh hour of the race, with the incident occurring on a wet track whilst running on slick tyres, ultimately forcing the #46 BMW M4 GT3 to retire from what had been shaping up as a potential podium finish for the Italian legend.
