Highly detailed & now rather rare resin Spark 1/43 scale model of the 1991 #36 Toyota Team Tom's TS010 which competed at the 1991 430KM of Autopolis.

This item is brand new, in its original sleeve (including cellophane wrap), secured to its plinth and has never been opened even for photography purposes.

Information about the car:

Toyota entered a single TS010, car number 36, driven by Geoff Lees and Andy Wallace. The car completed 90 laps, finishing sixth overall, three laps behind the race-winning Mercedes-Benz C291.

This marked a respectable debut for the TS010, showcasing its potential against established competitors.

The TS010 was developed in response to new Group C regulations requiring naturally aspirated 3.5-liter engines.

Designed by Tony Southgate, the car featured a 3.5L V10 engine producing over 600 horsepower. Its aerodynamic design and engineering aimed to compete with rivals like Peugeot, Jaguar, and Mercedes-Benz.
